Who is your Class Association?

It is run by volunteer sailors with back-up by part time professional administrators
The sailors make the plans and decisions - without having to do all the leg work

The cost is tiny compared to your benefits, working out at just £3.75 per month for Full Membership, £3 per month for Club Membership or £2.08 per month for Youth Membership
By taking out International Class Association membership for one class, you will have reciprocal membership to the RS100, RS200, RS300, RS400, RS600, RS700, RS800, RS Vareo International and International RS500 Class Associations
One event membership is available for all events except National and major championships, for use by those borrowing a boat, intending to only sail in one RS Class Association event etc. Click here.

RS Sailing 30th Anniversary Regatta 2024

Are you ready for the BIGGEST RS Sailing celebration in 2024? Join us for a weekend of exciting racing as we commemorate the sport we love. Hosted by Hayling Island Sailing Club, this regatta will be THE flagship multiclass event of the year.

The 30th Anniversary celebrates the noughty classes - RS100, RS200, RS300, RS400, RS500, RS600, RS700, RS800 – and the RS Vareo, as well as the RS21, Aero, Feva and Tera.

The event will include the Noble Marine UK RS500 Nationals - 17-19 May

Provisional Programme

Friday 17th

Day 1 of 3 day all-fleet masters for RS200, RS300, RS400, RS600, RS700, RS800 and RS Vareo fleets

Masters and Heritage Sailors Dinner (includes RS100s)

Saturday 18th

Day 2 of 3 day all-fleet masters for RS200, RS300, RS400, RS600, RS700, RS800 and RS Vareo fleets (only races 1 & 2 to count for Masters)

Day 1 of 2 day Full Fleet Regatta for all 00 fleets, RS Vareo, Aero, Tera, Feva (Masters can qualify for Full fleet too)

HUGE Celebration Party, with live band

Sunday 19th

Day 3 of 3 day all-fleet masters for all 00 fleets and RS Vareo (only races 1 & 2 to count for Masters)

Day 2 of 2 day Full Fleet Regatta for all 00 fleets, RS Vareo, Aero, Tera, Feva (Masters can qualify for Full fleet too)

Monday 20th

Hayling Island have onsite accommodation in two blocks, details here. These rooms get booked up very quickly when there's an event on, so be sure to book early.

The club office have details of other local accommodation, including members who are willing to host visiting sailors. Call 02392 463768 or email
